Cpl is delighted to partner with ComputerScope to launch the largest IT survey conducted amongst Ireland’s IT professionals. ComputerScope is a monthly Information and Communications Technology magazine targeted at public and private sector IT professionals. Since it’s inception in 1985, the publication has become the country’s leading recruitment and IT media brand.
With the majority of job creation coming from within the IT sector, we aim to find out what drives and motivates today’s IT professional as well as the benefits and perks they currently receive. We are also looking to better understand how employers are retaining their talent with flexible working practices, upskilling and career progression.
The survey is comprised of 16 questions, examples include: “How many hours a week to you work?”, “Does your organisation allow you to work from home?” and “Is there an obvious career progression path in your organisation?”. We are also attempting to discover just how entrepreneurial Ireland’s IT talent is. Participants are asked to include their contact details in order to be entered in with a chance to win our prize of a brand new iPad. Personal information is considered to be strictly confidental and will not passed on to any third party.
