Meet the team:
Fiona Keane is a Senior Recruiter focusing on Engineering, Production/Supply Chain and Marketing/Sales industries. She has seven years experience in the Recruitment industry; both in Ireland and Australia and 3 years in IT Application/Business Support in financial recruitment. Fiona is also highly dedicated to improving her skill base and is currently studying for a Masters in Organisational Behaviour and Psychology in UL.
Anne Marie Fox is a Principal Recruitment consultant and Team Leader in CPL with over 10 years recruitment experience. She specialises in the Engineering and Science sector and focuses on sourcing Quality, Manufacturing and Electronics engineers, from technician up to Managerial levels.
Sylvianne Mager is a French national with over 5 years recruitment experience in Galway. She holds a BA in English and Master’s degree in Communication and PR and has a background working in Business Development for multinational companies. Her specialities include recruiting for Finance and Accounting, Banking, Insurance, Languages, Customer service, Technical Writing and Administrative roles for both temporary and permanent contracts.
Geraldine Flanagan is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with 20 years experience in HR and recruitment within the High Tech sector. Geraldine has extensive experience in recruiting junior to senior levels in all areas of the Software engineering & High tech sectors. Geraldine’s specialties include recruiting Java, C++, C# and .Net engineers. She also focuses on technical and solutions architects, project/program managers and works closely to source candidates for SAP.
Pauline Chillingworth has been involved in the recruitment industry for the last 6 years. She started out as office administration manager and over the last 3 years has established a very busy temporary desk for the Cpl office in Galway. Pauline’s areas of expertise lie in recruiting Office Temps, Accounts and Finance, Administration, Multilingual, Customer Service, Banking and Insurance. Ronan O’ Sullivan is Operations Manager for CPL Galway. He has 14 years Recruitment & Selection Experience, 5 years operational Management experience and is a chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Ronan is a specialist in IT and HR Recruitment and the design, implementation and analysis of R&S functions. He holds a Masters of business studies, HRM and Industrial relations; a Post graduate higher Diploma in Systems Analysis and Business systems Development and a Bachelor of Commerce in HRM and Marketing. He has also been a guest lecturer in Recruitment and Selection at NUI Galway since 2005.
