Banking and Funds Salary Guide 2012

Over the past year we have seen a steady rise in vacancies within Arrears Management across Retail, Commercial and Corporate. Similarly we have seen a steady flow of Compliance, Regulatory & Risk vacancies at all levels. Minimum requirements for acceptance into these “controlled functions” is often APA or Full QFA designation and we anticipate continued growth in the recruitment of controlled functions notwithstanding a reduced growth forecast from the European Commission.

Owing to the changing marketplace, business intelligence is core for our Clients and this has resulted in a myriad of senior and mid level analytical and data mining vacancies.

In the funds sector, we have seen a steady growth in the number of new hires at mid to senior level taking place. Some of the larger US Corporate organisations are starting to move key divisions and more high profile roles over to Dublin from the UK.
