HR Salary Guide 2012
Since the start of 2012 the HR market is quite positive with a constant supply of new jobs and there is an increasing number of permanent opportunites for candidates. The market for entry and graduate level positions is very positive with a shortage of candidates being seen across this area by all of our clients.
In recent years, specialist roles were dominating the market especially in reward and talent acquisition. Demand for generalist HR and senior roles has however increased in recent months; especially in the Shared Service Centres and EMEA sectors while opportunities for senior HR director roles are still limited across the country.
