How to get temping with CPL


To be considered for temporary work with any of Cpl’s clients, you need to register with Cpl as a temp. The sign-up
process is straightforward:

Send in your details: Send your contact details and a copy of your most up-to-date CV to one of the consultants in
Cpl’s temp division.

Meet a consultant: A recruitment consultant will contact you to arrange a time and date for a meeting at Cpl’s offices.
Make sure you bring along a copy of relevant referee details and photo identification such as a passport, driving licence
or ID card.

As part of this meeting, a consultant will interview you about your work experience to date. You will also be asked to
complete numerical, verbal and logical reasoning tests as part of the skills evaluation for candidates.
