Description:
This role will use the infrastructure to sell offerings to the customer base in the country, using the web and the phone. The products sold will typically fall into the Hardware, Software or Services category, and on larger sales opportunities may in fact involve a number of these in the same engagement to meet the customer's needs. This position requires experience in Operations and Account Management.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the deployment
Provide support for EMEA Sales and the Administration department
Maintain EMEA database providing contract and key information to EMEA Sales
Management of the end to end contracting process, (including preparation, validation, release, receipt/activation and termination)
Track contract revenue commitments and milestones, coordinating invoicing of commitment shortfalls or waiver approvals
Provide assistance in operational aspects of the deal formulation
Work with Administration to ensure all contracts are created correctly on the database
Work with Sales to ensure that the contract close out process is followed
Provide support for Audit & Business controls with contract reports and process detail
Keep in touch with legal advisors for contracts
Requirements:
Fluency in English
2-3 years experience in Account Management and further 5-8 years experience in an office based environment
You need excellent communications skills
You must have Account Management experience
Preferably you will have a University degree, ideally but not exclusively in a business or IT related discipline
Please note that this position involves working with the Operations team, Sales Representatives and Legal Advisors.
