In partnership with my client, I have an immediate opportunity for an Accounts Clerk in Dublin 9. The contract is initially a 6-8 week contract with a salary of up to €30,000, pro rata for the duration of the contract.

The client is a multinational communications consultancy organisation.


Responsibilities:

- Suspending the scheduled debits for March - manually
- Manually adding the amount to debit each customer in March (pro rata)
- Bringing all debits to 1 day every month - manually entering
- Input customer details into Sales Force (350 customers)

Skills and Experience:

- Preferably an Accounts Clerk with relevant experience
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Oracle experience advantageous
- Attention to detail
- Competency for fast learning
- Ability to work on own initiative
