Position: Assistant Manager

We are currently seeking Assistant Manager for one of Irelands leading Fashion retailers for a fantastic position in the Tipperary area, the role requires a candidate that has management experience with the Fashion industry, candidates must be highly driven and determined with a passion for retail for this well known Irish retailer.

The Role of Assistant Manager

· The Assistant Manager will be accountable for growing sales and profitability throughout the store in the absence of Store Management.

· They will be responsible for the overall operation of the store in the absence of Store Manager, ensuring the appropriate resource is in place and that the store is fully operational 7 days a week.

· They will lead the store sales team, coaching and motivating colleagues to ensure that superior customer service is delivered.

Requirements of Assistant Manager

· 2-3 years retail management experience

· The passion to drive sales.

· Must be commercially focused.

· Great communication and coaching skills

· Enthusiastic and committed

· Excellent organisational skills
