This is a Full Time, customer service role within the banking sector. Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients valued customers. They must provide prompt and friendly service to all customers, ensuring all customers' transactional needs are met.

In order to succeed in this role you will have the ability to communicate clearly with all our clients' customers, strong problem solving skills and experience working in a team environment. Ideally you'll have previously worked in a sales and service environment, preferably in a customer facing role. We'll happily talk to people who have worked in retail, sales or have other customer-focused backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include:

Explaining and educating customers on the functions and benefits of new facilities

Responsible for advising customers to use the correct facilities depending on their needs

Ensuring customer satisfactions by providing prompt, professional, and positive customer service

Ensuring all facilities are operating at 100%

Responsible for referring your clients to other team members for other branch sales opportunities

Qualifications:

As the ideal candidate you will have:

A customer service background obtained in retail, or a sales setting

Strong interpersonal skills, reliability and a high degree of energy

A high attention to detail

A positive and flexible approach to work

A desire to achieve and exceed sales targets

Great understanding and passion for technology

Self Motivated
