Supermarket Butcher Manager - Clare - 35K+

Our Client is a well known Supermarket who are opening a brand new retail store in Clare . They are seeking an experienced Head Butcher with previous experience within a supermarket environment and that would have a knowledge of meal deals etc...

Requirements:

- At least 5 years experience as a Butcher
- Stand alone Store Manager experience
- Experience managing a team of 5 staff
- Fresh Food Management experience 
- Strong Management experience
- Proven Track record in retail
- Store Awards
- HACCP experience
- Ordering and Stock Control experience
- Fluent English
- Possess good interest and knowledge of your product
- Management of Staff

This is an immediate position and the right candidate could start within 2 weeks
