Butcher Store Manager - Westmeath - 26K +

Our Client is a well known Supermrket who are opening a brand new retail store in the Midlands . They are seeking an experienced Head Butcher with Stand alone store management experience to run the new store in Westmeath.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years experience as a Butcher
- Experience within Freshfood and Deli
- Proven Track record in retail
- Store Awards
- HACCP experience
- Ordering and Stock Control experience
- Fluent English
- Possess good interest and knowledge of your product
- Management of Staff

This is an immediate position and the right candidate could start within 2 weeks
