Due to a skills shortage of qualified engineers, we are looking to fill a long list of vacancies including: Civil Engineer (s), Project Engineer (s), Project Manager (s), , Estimator (s), Contract Manager (s), Quantity Surveyor (s), Site Manager (s), Mining Engineer (s).

All applicants must be degree qualified with site experience working with either a leading Contractor or Consultancy. Projects are mostly in heavy earthworks; Roading, Drainage, Bridges, Surfacing etc. both in New Zealand and Australia, however the majority of skills shortage in Australia is mostly in the mining industry therefore heavy earthwork and multimillion/billion project exp would be required for roles based in Australia.

Through our experience, we know that Employers in the NZ and Australian market, particularly Christchurch, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, are inundated with enquiries from Irish and UK applicants. Many employers there de-prioritise immigrant candidates over local candidates, on the basis there is additional cost, time and risk associated with completing a successful candidate relocation.
