Client On boarding - Transfer Agency - 6 mth contract
Experienced Transfer Agency candidate required to take the lead on liaising between the projects and TA team, Senior Managements, Stakeholders and Clients for the on boarding of a new client.
You will be responsible for ongoing assessment of training needs and delivery of that training to new staff., support the project managers in terms of implementation of functions, process models, workflow system migrations and process re-design.
Skills/ Experience required:
· 4-5 years operational experience within TA with 3yrs at managerial level
· Previous migrations experience
· Strong project management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Previous experience in developing and training programmes
