Contract Administrators-Middle East for PQS Firm
The role would require you to have 15 years post qualification experience and you will be required to lead Saudi Contractor on its Design and Build contracts
This position is with one of the most well regarded and successful PQS Consultancy firms in the world and needs to be filled ASAP. The firm have several very high profile commercial developments commencing then which is the reason for their urgency.
The role is at a very senior and responsible level and the project is a new large mixed use development including very large business,retail,residential and commercial works with an initial multi billion USD valuation
Responsibilities and skills you will need
1.Post contract work relating to Interim valuations
Proven and demonstrable experience of dealing directly and successfully with Clients and contractors
2.Valuing of variation orders and final accounts.
3.Contractual issues relating to variation orders and claims.
4..Knowledge of FIDIC and construction Law would be preferable.
The successful candidate will be joining the leading Project Management/PQS consultancy not only in the region but globally in a lead position on their prestige developments and will be suitably rewarded.
Some condition of the contract
- Preferably on single status
- Salary is negotiable although it will be 7-10,000 USD +accomadation,Car,flights,medical and accident insurance.
