Job Description:

Divisional Director  -  Financial Services (Outsourcing )
Leading financial services / banking organisation with a significant Irish operation are seeking a Divisional Director of Compliance & Risk to head up a division within their Dublin office.

The role will require you to operate as the Divisional Director of Compliance leading a team of 11 ensuring all stakeholders understand and adhere to policy & regulatory requirements, and all breaches are investigated and managed to the highest standards.

Overview of your Key Responsibilities

Oversee effective monitoring of polices covering regulatory and non-regulatory risk requirements of the business and its customers

Lead and motivate a team of compliance professionals at various levels ensuring they are provided with appropriate training and development

Ensure the customer service level requirements of the compliance ne function are met at all times, specifically policy compliance reporting

Lead a senior team, delegate tasks accordingly and manage the overall function
Act as adviser to Clients regarding existing and upcoming legislation

Key Skills & Experience

Past experience in MARP, CCMA, AML. Sanctions, Due Dillgence, Online Training across the Group

Significant level of knowledge and a proven track record in Financial Market Activities

Relevant qualification with 5yrs plus experience within a similar type role

Hands on and driven approach to ensure a high level of compliance evidencing and delivery of objectives

Proven ability to analyse complex regulatory & business requirements
Past experience in MARP, CCMA, AML. Sanctions, Due Dillgence, Online Training across the Group
