Kate Cowhig International Recruitment in partnership with its client are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant (Department: CQI & PS) for their state of the art hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The hospital is an excellent cardiac institution with a high-level professional standard and one of the most advanced cardiac centres in the Middle East. The hospital has four clinical department: Adult Cardiology, Paediatric Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery and Cardiac Anaesthesia.

Job Summary: Responsible for the co-ordination and administration of the hospital-wide committees as follows:

Medical Committee
Infection Control Committee
Hospital wide Morbidity and Mortality Committee
Bed Utilisation Committee
Space Allocation Committee
Medical Violations Committee

Visas are available for EU, British, Australian, New Zealander, Canadian or American passport holders only.

Education/Licensure:

Essential: 

· Diploma in Secretarial studies from recognized institute

Desirable:

· Bachelor degree in Administration fields

Job experience:

Essential:

· Six (6) years of recent experience working as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant.

· Ability to type eighty five (85) words per minute on standard typing test.

· Ability to pass a one hundred (100) words per minute shorthand speed test or speed writing test.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Outlook.
