My client is a world renowned online gaming company and is seeking talented, customer focused individuals to join a growing team.
The winning candidate will be based on a German customer service team facilitating customers in the German Market!You will be responsible for offering expert advice and support to german customers, trouble shooting technical issues, database management and problem management through to resolution - as well as contributing to the overall success of the company by reducing handling time, adding value to customer calls and working closely with the onsite team and management to better the customer experience.
This role is for individuals who thrive in a role that values the importance of customers experience whilst contributing to a fun and high performing team. You must have an active interest in the gamming community.
