My Client is one of Europe's leading providers of Software Solutions into the Healthcare Industry. The Company specialises in Multi Media and Storage Solutions in the Healthcare Industry. Due to a rapid expansion into new markets worldwide they are now looking to recruit a Business Development Executive for the German Market.
The Role:
· Recruit channel partners for the German Market.
· Cold calling to generate leads.
· Manage a pipeline of new and existing customers.
· Dealing with senior managers from large global companies.
· Build and manage a pipeline of business on a quarterly basis.
· Educate new and existing partners on product developments.
Some International Travel required
Skill Required:
· Fluent in German ( Native German an advantage)
· Previous experience selling into the IT or Telecom sector
· Previous channel sales experience an advantage
· 2 -3 years B2B full sales cycle experience
· A knowledge of the medical Industry a distinct advantage ( But not essential)
· Previous experience managing a large pipeline of business
· Pro Active person with a bubbly and confident personality
· Ability to work on your own initiative
Package:
· Basic 30 - 40k Depending on Experience
· On Target Earnings - 55k +
· Other benefits negotiable depending on experience.
