Description:
The German TeleWeb Sales Agent will focus both on New and Renewal business of my client across his/her assigned territory and/or portfolio, in Large Opportunity customer segment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with our key customers and account managing them with regular contact throughout the year.
- Having a complete understanding of the status and acquisition of all possible customer renewals from the assigned list of accounts. Conducting sales interaction with such accounts via telephone and over the Web to close identified renewals business.
- Working to close new business from a list of assigned leads, involving and working closely with partners on new business sale, when appropriate (based on product/solution and skills required to close and deliver), through the closure of the deal.
- In addition identifying upsell /cross-sell opportunities for new business to renewal customers as well as execution of true-up sales based on outcome from a customer assisted true-up and/or a formal true-up with the customer.
- All responsibilities require understanding and articulating to the customer the constantly evolving technology and its application to a customer's business problem.
Requirements:
- Experience with IT sector for multilingual environment.
- Native level of German and fluent English
- Substantial telephone and/or Web experience of selling solutions and services; experience in working with SI (solution integrator), SP (solution provider), VAD (Value Added Distributor), or other types of channel partner.
- Ability to understand evolving technology and its application to a customer's business problems or projects.
- Customer focused; People orientated and delivers exceptional customer service; Sales oriented; Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills; solution selling; Ability to consult with customers on solutions.
- Team oriented; Ability to work well with both internal/external (partner) teams; good communication; Articulates professionally in both verbal and written communication.
