My client, a leading ecommerce company, are currently hiring contract Customer Service Associates to manage their seasonal demand. Candidates who work with this company enjoy a busy team-orientated work environment with plenty of support and encouragement from management. There are also opportunities within this contract to progress into different divisions and be considered for permanent vacancies that may arise.
Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support via incoming calls and emails for a number of electronic products on offer by the company
• Ensuring that any queries or difficulties that are unresolved are escalated to the appropriate support teams
  Maintaining a high quality level for each call/email and ensuring customers have a positive experience when calling the help-line.
• Maintaining excellent performance metrics such as time and attendance, calls per hour and dissatisfaction ratings.
• Where applicable, providing information to fellow team-mates in your specialist area and receiving same from them.

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must have the following:

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call-centre but not essential.
• A strong interest or educational background in technology/IT/Computer Science or advanced digital technology such as ipods/computers/smartphones would be advantageous but not essential.
