My client is a world leader in Manufacturing operating from their world class manufacturing site in Dublin. Due to continued business growth my client has Job vacancy for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician who has Siemens PLC experience
To be considered for this Job you MUST have at least 5 years experience as a mechanical maintenance technician from the FMCG, Bottling, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or related industries and ideally within a Lean Six Sigma environment.

Principle Accountabilities will include the following:
o Excellent PLC skills including Fault finding, Upload/download and program adjustments.
o HT/LT Supplies / HVAC Equipment / Electrical Services/ Projects
o Reactive maintenance to all plant equipment
o Troubleshooting electrical reactive works
o Instrumentation / Pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and welding experience
o Refrigeration/ Steam Boilers/ Fire / Intruder / Sprinkler systems
o Air compressors, Vacuum systems
o Coordinate and supervise contract labour
o Maintain Preventive Maintenance System
o Production skills
o Responsible for identifying, sourcing and replenishment of all equipment spares
o Robotics/ Vision Systems / Risk Assessments and SOP's
Experience:
o Food/ Refrigeration experience an advantage
o Multi-skilled with an electrical background
o PLC/ Controller experience (programming an advantage)
o Robotics, Linear drives and Vision systems
o Trades/Diploma qualification
o Team Player with the ability to work on own initiative
o Computer Literacy (PEMAC in use)
o You must be flexible in this position and be prepared to undertake other work that may be assigned to you from time to time, which may be outside the area of your normal duties.
