CPL Healthcare in partnership with its client's organisation is currently looking to hire a suitably qualified and experienced person to meet set criteria for this role.

Our client a leading insurance holding company caters for more than 15 million customers worldwide, with operations in 24 countries, including the U.S., Canada, Australia and the EU

The Role:

• Drive customer service excellence by ensuring correct decision on medical screening and claims.
• Support other managers to ensure achievement of client Service Level Agreements
• Monitor teams to ensure consistently high performance
• Use Quality tools to review and improve all team processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and procedures, policy terms and conditions and current relevant legislation and regulations
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the business
• Build strong and effective relationships with both internal and external clients
• To analyse all medical related claims and underwriting decisions in order to determine trends and loss mitigation
• To participate in New Product Development
• To train all personnel on medical claims assessment.
• To assist with the duration control on ongoing claims.
• To assess the need, organise and analyse results of independent medical examinations.
• To liaise with the medical departments in the assistance companies on ongoing claims.

Candidate Requirements:

• Healthcare Professional i.e. Nurse, Doctor
• Strong Leadership/Management experience
• Insurance/Risk experience desirable
• Excellent Communication skills
• Good PC and Presentation skills
• Post graduate Healthcare experience
• Problem solving skills
