Dutch Customer Service representatives required for a leading multinational IT company based in Ireland!
We offer a permanent contract with excellent salary, benefits and career opportunities. Furthermore All the interview process is straight forward by phone if you are abroad and we assist in preparations for the interview. Normally the interview process takes just a few weeks.
Main duties:
· Receive calls from HP customers in regards to faulty servers and parts
· Logs and validates incoming calls on the call handling system as required
· Routing case & liaise with appropriate department to ensure correct resolution
· Accomplishes other duties as required
Requirements:
· Fluent in English + Dutch (other a second Language( Dutch, Swedish, Flemish, Norwegian, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) also accepted)
· Customer oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated
· Excellent customer, telephone, oral and written communications skills
· Administrative skills
· Basic PC skills - familiarity with MS Office products
· Work experience as call centre or administrative employee would be preferable but not necessary
· Positive attitude towards team members, customers and partners.
· Delivers market competitive performance balanced between productivity, cost and quality
