LOOKING FOR A NUMBER OF PROCESS/MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGISTS - 11 MONTH CONTRACTS

The Manufacturing Technologist supports routine manufacturing including investigating deviations, identifying and implementing corrective actions and improvements and equipment periodic review

Job Responsibilities:
· Lead / provide SME input into cross-functional teams investigating manufacturing process, environmental and water monitoring deviations including authoring investigation reports and summaries.

· Ensure investigations are closed on time, recurring deviations are tracked, and that true root cause and effective CAPA are identified. Lead effective CAPA implementation as required.

· Manage ER/IR timelines and assigned metric deliverables, escalating to DSMS manager as appropriate

· Lead/ Support cross-functional project teams as required, including programme of continuous improvement, project based activities which support deviation reduction objectives

· Perform data analysis for process related investigations.

· Identify, and implement improvements to, recurring equipment and procedural inefficiencies that do not necessitate MIRs.

· Support the equipment periodic review process.

· Extract and/or analyse manufacturing data as required using data trending and statistical techniques.

· Support process monitoring process and complete assigned tasks or technical assessments where appropriate.

· Assist in writing, reviewing and approving technical reports as appropriate.
