Quality Manager
In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager for a permanent position based in Dublin South.
Reporting to the CTO, Quality Manager who will carry overall responsibility for project/process improvement and quality management within the company.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- At least 10 years experience in the computer, electronics or healthcare industry which will include at least 5 years working in the quality management field.
- A working knowledge of the various quality and project management standards and frameworks such as ISO 9001:2008, PMBOK, CMMI.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management standards.
- Experience in process definition and implementation.
- Experience of data, collection, analysis, and corrective action planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of having negotiated or stakeholder managed at a senior level.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, exercise good judgment, strong commercial orientation and achieve results through others.
It would be a distinct advantage if you have:
- A professional qualification in Project or Programme Management e.g. PMP, IPMA, PgMP.
- A working knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or FDA QSR based quality management systems.
- A good understanding of project management methodologies/frameworks applied in product development projects.
