Relationship Manager - Hedge Funds Support- 6mth contract

Experienced candidate required to play a pivotal role in managing outsourced vendor provider relationships with leading player in international fund services.

In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing the workflows of fund accounting, transfer agency and reconciliations functions remotely, while ensuring SLA'S and KPI'S are being met.

You will take a proactive role in continuous audit and review and escalation of issues to senior management as required.

Skills/ Experience required:

· 5 yrs operations experience across fund accounting , transfer agency and reconciliations, three of those being at supervisor/ manager level

· Previous experience managing teams remotely/ working to an outsourced model

· Strong vendor management relationship experience

· Strong ability to work autonomously

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Possibility of extension beyond 6 mths
