OUR CLIENT ARE LOOKING FOR A CONTRACT SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The qualified candidate for this position should be able to couple strong technical engineering and project management skills with Quality Engineering principles, tools, and practices.

The individual must be capable of working independently and in a team setting supporting the
Polymer Development group.

Major responsibilities include: 
-  Drive supplier capacity and quality improvements for purchased products by increasing supplier and internal competencies in process control / verification and validation studies, root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and the use of Process Excellence tools. 
- Interface with the new product development groups to assist and lead the supply chain related capacity and logistics initiatives along with the associated supplier quality engineering activities in developing and reviewing product design and test protocols.

Provide general engineering support to in-coming inspection on specific projects.
