My Client is Irelands leading Supplier of Bookeeping Software. Due to expansion and growth they now seek a TeleSales Executive to join their team.
The Role:
• Achievement of sales targets and able to work under pressure of targets
• Able to generate and maintain new leads and customers
• Meet internal standards of performance
• Maintain up to date knowledge of Big Red Book product range
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are achieved
• New business generation -Outbound calling to business
• Actively manage and grow referral base
• Client visits - new and existing - identify and follow up business leads
Experience required:
• Have previous sales experience (Telcom/ Software would be a distinct advantage although not essential)
• Be serious about taking the next step in their sales career.
• Competent computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a professional attitude towards customers & colleagues
• Self motivated with drive & initiative
• Efficient Planning & organizational skill
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours and at weekends for events if required
