Senior Management Consultant (Healthcare) Job in Belfast

In partnership with its client, Cpl N.I. Ltd., is currently seeking experienced Senior Management Consultant for a permanent role based in Belfast.

The Client
This is an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Senior Management Consultant to work within the Healthcare Advisory Team based in Belfast.

Job Role:
As a Senior Management Consultant within the healthcare team, your role will include:

•Directly managing and delivering client engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and project deliverables/client expectations are fully met.
•Business development, building on existing contacts and expansion of new relationships in the healthcare sector.
•Building the brand in the market place
•Building strong relationships within the broader health team and across the different service lines

Experience and skill set requirements:
As a Senior Management Consultant:

•Solid business consulting skills and an excellent track record of working consultatively on a strategic or operational level
•Proven track record of outstanding performance and display a high level of people and business skills.
•Excellent track record of business development and sales
•You should have delivered large scale transformation projects, managing multiple workstreams, and be comfortable leading and delivering major programmes of work. You will be experienced in organisational change, efficiency improvement, cost reduction and have a track record of delivering change in a clinical environment.
•Comfortable working on multiple projects, with demanding deadlines in pressured and challenging environments.
•You will be at ease with a consultative approach and looking to reach your full potential.
•Track record of achievement in persuading clinical teams to adopt new methods and processes to deliver clinical services.
•You will be comfortable functioning at the highest levels of client organisations.
•You will have excellent team building skills with a focus on achieving goals through collaboration.
•You will have an extremely high level of energy with the ability to work well under pressure.
•Hold a third level qualification or equivalent, preferably in business or science/healthcare related area. Further healthcare qualifications (for example in health management) would be advantageous
