Stockroom Supervisor / Assistant Manager - Kildare - €24k

In partnership with our Client, a high end luxury fashion brand, we are seekeing an experienced Stockroom Manager, and also an Assistant Manager to join a busy retail sales team in Kildare Village.

The Company:
Our Client are a highly successful luxury brand. They are a favourite amongst celebrities and fashionistas. The role requires the successful candidate to have retail experience in both Store Management and Stockroom Management. The Company are known worlwide, and are at the cutting edge of high end luxury fashion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Manager with Stockroom experience to get their foot in the door of a large, luxury fashion brand. There are many opportunities for progression.

The Role:
The role of the Stockroom Manager will be to Manage the day to day running of a busy retail stockroom. The successful candidate will be managing a small stockroom team, but a busy turnover in deliveries. The role also requires proven success in retail management, working to and exceeding KPI's and targets. The role of the Assistant Manager will be to assist the Store Manager in he over all running of this busy store, ensuring Customer Service is being mantained at all times.

Requirements:
Applicants must have experience in retail stockroom Management, and Assistant Management experience in a busy fashion retail environment. This store has a lot of regular, repeat customers, so five star Customer Service is of the essence.

Applicants:
Applicants must have at least 2-3 years Management experience in a busy Fashion Retail environment. The succesful candidate will have worked in a store with a minimum turnover of €1 million, and managed a staff level of at least 15.
