We are currently seeking a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Manager to lead a Sales team in a High Street Fashion Retail store in Athlone. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Managers or Assistant Managers looking to further their career with one of the most popular high street fashion brands. The Role:
Store Managers play a vital role in the running of a busy Fashion Store. They are the key drive to ensure Sales Targets and KPI's are being met at all times, while consistently mantaining the highest possible standards of Customer Service. The role of Store Manager, will be extremely busy, but also very rewarding.

Duties and requirements of the Store Manager:
- To ensure smooth running of the store at all times
- Working to many KPI's and Targets
- Merchandising and keeping shop floor to high standards expected
- Providing a five star Customer Service at ALL times
- Managing and motivating a busy Sales team
- Bing aware of competitor activity at all times

Applicants must have Managerial experience in a High Street Fashion Retail background. Must also have a passion for fashion and a knowledge of the latest trends!!
