Description:
Technical Client Services Manager job opportunity open in Dundalk. I am looking for an ambitous, outgoing, driven person and someone who has excellent leadership skills.
You will be managing external clients as well as a team so this role is quite challenging and will require someone who has previously demonstrated multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
- growing, developing and leading a new team of 4 + people
- Liasing and supporting the development and testing teams
- Managing key client accounts
- Striving to make the process more user-friendly for the clients
- Responsible for the system set-up, training and end user support for internal and external usage of propiertary systems.
Skills required:
- 5 years experience direcly leading a team
- Strong operations experience
- Strong account managment experience
- Experience managing operations in a business to business environment.
- Good IT knowledge
- Dynamic individual who can add value to the company and team.
