The Client:

Our clients are leaders in their sectors and are currently looking to recruit a Technical Recruiters for a contract positions.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Managers in defining the requirements for their roles and job specifications.
• Attract high calibre candidates for vacant positions using various mediums including social media.
• Schedule interviews and set up various psychometric assessments.
• Interview candidates and facilitate the offer and issuing of contracts process.
• Maintain relevant recruitment records.
• Assist and lead other projects as required.

Job Requirements

• 4 years plus recruiting experience (preferably in-house).
• Experience of successfully resourcing for specialist technical and process roles, ideally in the SAP area.
• Experience with social media/Web 2.0 technologies and sourcing candidates via these channels.
• Experience partnering with managers, interviewers and team members throughout the recruitment process.
• Competency interviewing experience.
• Full driver's licence.
