Management of accounts not actively managed by the existing team of account managers.

 To resolve queries of existing customers professionally.

 To complete and present regular reports and account plans.

 Identify Customers that require Customer Projects needs, manage monitor and evaluate the projects to ensure that they meet the Customers needs.

Requirements

2 - 3 years experience in a Telesales Account Management Role
Excellent Customer Care Skills
3rd Level Qualification
Excellent IT and Interpersonal Skills.
