Description:
In partnership with its client Careers Register is seeking an experienced Transfer Agency Administrator to join a growing team in a leading Investment Management and Investment Services Company. This is a permanent role located in Wexford and you will be working in a performance driven, global organization.
Responsibilities:
· Account opening and closing
· Administration of the fund documentation
· Processing and maintenance of partnership register
· Bank account reconciliation
· Dividend Processing and reconciliation of trade information
· Manage Fund valuation inquires regarding transactions
· An understanding of the Trade Processing Cycle
· Financial statement reporting
The Candidate will have:
• 1-2yrs previous Financial Services experience
• Honours Business Degree
• Basic understanding of forms, documentation and legal requirements
• Experience of reconciliations and settlement.
• Excellent numerical skills.
• Ability to manage client and communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to multitask and work proactively
• Ability to prioritise work while working under pressure to meet deadlines
• Superior written communication skills
