My client require an Administration Manager. This is a diverse role and requires a person who can problem solve, multi-task and communicate effectively on a variety of topics.
The suitable candidate shall be process driven as they will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of systems and processes in the areas of Administration, Sampling, Merchandising, Quality, Legal and Corporate Responsibility within the Department. They need to have a proven track record in the management of multi-skilled teams and the delivery of projects in a time focused environment.
This position requires the suitable candidate to be an effective leader who can create and manage an efficient and co-operative working environment. In addition they must have proven experience in effective change management as they will be facilitating the roll out of new policies and procedures within the Irish business.
While not directly responsible for IT within the department a proficient level of computer hardware and software skills would be an advantage.
