Cpl is committed to supporting the local community, charitable organisations and philanthropic initiatives.
We believe that businesses have a responsibility to maintain an active involvement in positive, community-based and voluntary programmes that contribute to the greater good.
Our desire to give something back is one of our principal beliefs and we seek to foster a culture of social awareness, humanitarianism and public spirit. Furthermore, we encourage our staff to engage in altruistic behaviour and civic society groups and offer them the flexibility to participate in such projects during business hours if necessary.
Cpl is delighted to announce that our chosen charities for this year are Pieta House, St. Francis Hospice and MS Ireland. For more information on our chosen charities, click the links below.
Our corporate social responsibility programmes extend beyond charitable works to include candidate employment support projects such as the National Jobseekers Roadshow which we run every year. Also, as a proud member of EPIC (Employment for People from Immigrant Communities), we take great pride in our workplace diversity awareness campaigns.
