Role Description

ICT Sales Executive

Location: Belfast, to cover Northern Ireland. 

Your Remuneration:

  • Basic £30k, OTE- £45K (Commission Uncapped)
  • Car Allowance £350 per month
  • 33 Days leave (23 days annual and 10 statutory days)

Your Responsibilities:

  • To actively seek out new business, self-generate and close opportunities.
  • Proactive prospecting, building, winning and account management of new customer base built by sales person.
  • Primary selling of network enabled telecommunications and associated cloud secure solutions.
  • To be responsible for identifying new market opportunities.
  • To be responsible for the continual targeting of new accounts all to be delivered against agreed targets in an agreed time frame.
  • To be responsible for the on-going management of customer base built.
  • To liaise with key internal departments.
  • Providing accurate information to ensure that customers’ orders are processed in an efficient manner, right first time and in line with customer requirements.
  • To attend all sales meeting and training courses as and when required by Management.
  • To keep fully up to date with product knowledge and the comparable services provided by our competitors.
  • Adhering to and developing our Business Management System.
  • Ensuring maintenance and upkeep of the Customer Management System to improve sales effectiveness.

 

Your Essential Skills and Experience:

Essential

  • Educated to GCSE level including passes in English and Maths.
  • A minimum of three year’s sales experience selling within an ICT B2B marketplace, of which two would ideally be field based. 
  • Have experience selling into and managing a variety of accounts across small medium and large organisations
  • Experience of selling network and cloud based services and products.
  • Excellent prospecting, qualification and selling skills
  • Theability to manage and develop new sales
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets by Sales Manager
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • An ability to proactively generate new sales opportunities
  • Excellent communicator on telephone, face to face and in writing.  
  • Must be able to work on own initiative and take decisions within company policy.
