My client is a multinational, fast growing company delivering the next generation of cloud-based enterprise mobility management solutions, the hottest segment in technology today.

To help support their constant growth, the company is seeking German Sales Specialist to join their successful team.

 

Position: German Sales Specialist

Travel: 0%

Permanent full time position

Salary: €30,000 to €38,000 a year basic + uncapped commission (up to €65k OTE)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals
  • Prospect new leads and opportunities through different sources - especially social media
  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate the sales process.
  • Provide information on product/service - emphasizing service features and benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales orders
  • Develop sales plans in order to achieve individual and company goals
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends and challenges

 

Job Requirements:

  • Native level of German and English
  • Experience in a B2B full-cycle sales role  
  • Ability to prospect new customers via phone and email
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to establish rapport at multiple levels of decision makers
  • Skilled in negotiation and problem solving
  • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge in a timely fashion 

The company offers competitive salary (up to €38,000 basic + uncapped commission).
