Role Description

Customer Service Administrators required for immediate start in Dublin 12 and Dublin 24

Our client who are based in Dublin 12 and Dublin 24 are looking to hire an experienced temporary Customer Service/Administrators to join their team.  Successful Candidates must have previous Customer service Administration experience.

Candidates must be available for week to week temporary work. Please note this client operates 24/7 so candidates will need to be flexible to work outside of office hours when required.

 

Requirements

  • Administration such as filing, scanning, checking orders
  • Stockroom experience – Checking orders before they leave the warehouse, labelling stock
  • Manage and Solve Customer Queries
  • Ad Hoc Duties

 

Requirements

 

  • Previous Administration or Customer Service Experience is a must
  • Previous FMCG, Warehouse or Logistic experience is an advantage
  • Certified in Manual Handling is an advantage however training can be provided
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills with the ability to solve problems in a fast moving environment.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Good communication skills and excellent team player
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Full training is provided for the role
