Role Description

Multilingual Customer Fulfilment / Sales Support Administrator 

Company Profile: CPL Solutions are currently working with a Multinational Client based in Dublin West and we have an immediate requirement for a number of Administrators for an initial 3-6  contract with a view to extension. Successful candidates will have extensive Administration experience and speak Fluent English AND another European Language. The role also requires a commitment to be available for long hours at quarter ends/month end or based on business need to ensure that all orders are successfully booked within the accounting period. 


  • Perform activities related to the transaction such as supply, delivery, billing and billing query resolution, inventory, and contract status. 
  • Respond to inquiries, and proactive problem resolution. Understand customer expectations and support these through appropriate communications and actions. 
  • Maintain awareness of requests and processing activities, and initiate communications regarding problems and solutions to customer and appropriate contact points. Practice cross-functional teaming. 
  • Acts as interface between customer and the Client setting realistic expectations, resolving fulfillment related problems and providing support to customer ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Ensures resolution of fulfillment related problems and disputes. 
  • Maintains an awareness of orders and returns and communicates problems/issues to customers and appropriate contact points. 
  • Maintains awareness of customer debt/accounts receivable status and initiates appropriate collection activities. Coordinates communication with customer and works with counterparts to resolve customer disputes and problems. 
  • Responds to customer fulfillment queries and ensures satisfaction with fulfillment practices. Ensures compliance to all audit guidelines and adheres to all established processes. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned. 

Successful Candidates will have:- 

  • Excellent communication skills and speak Fluent English and another European Language
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Good team player
  • Computer and Number literate, office automation tools 
  • Prioritisation and problem solving Skills 
  • Fluent English and Fluent level of another European Language
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
