Talent Acquisition Specialist

Cpl HR is seeking an experienced and committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading Irish Healthcare company with offices in Dublin City Centre for a permanent contract role. This opportunity offers an excellent benefits package and provides the opportunity to develop within the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure hiring activity is current all the time
  • Develop innovative ideas for successful attraction and selection methodologies
  • Generate candidate flow for all open requisitions utilizing the most effective and cost efficient methods available consisting of direct advertising, preparing job postings and updating Internet Websites
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company standards
  •  Educate supervisors and managers on interviewing techniques and provide information to ensure fair and consistent employment practices
  • Ensure the recruitment process is in line with employment legislation and best practice
  • Participate in career fairs with appropriate preparation and collateral
  • Provide interview feedback to unsuccessful candidates as required

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or relative discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Recruitment role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication, interviewing and presentations skills
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
