Recruiter – 6 Month Contract

Cpl HR is seeking a Recruiter to join a Global IT firm with offices in Dublin City Centre for a 6 month contract. This exciting opportunity requires a full end to end recruiter who is comfortable managing a large volume of vacancies. Strong experience managing multiple searches and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders is essential. Experience of hiring within a sales function is also desirable. This is an opportunity to support a range of sales positions from inception through to completion with complete responsibility for managing stakeholders. It's also a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward thinking and dynamic enterprise.


Role responsibilities:

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand job briefs and how to approach the market for each role
  • Writing and placing job advertisements
  • Screening and shortlisting CVs
  • Conducting interviews
  • Creating talent pipelines - targeting both passive and active candidates
  • Creating a positive candidate experience
  • Managing the offer process
  • Maintaining and developing candidate database

Role requirements:

  • Previous experience building talent pipelines and targeting a passive market
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation of cold calling, networking, and public speaking
