Role Description

My client is a prestigious and successful establishment located in beautiful offices in Dublin City Centre. This company are known for their unique culture and work/life balance.

They are looking for an experienced and incredibly organised individual to hit the ground running in this very busy and vibrant environment.

You will be working with an inspirational sales team who work together to achieve their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:              

  • Calendar Management for the Sales Director and team 
  • Domestic and international travel arrangement including hotel bookings and car transfers
  • Preparation of minutes, presentations and reports for all meetings
  • Focusing on customer relationship management for the teams clients
  • Working with the team on any general administration duties
  • Dealing with clients on general queries before escalating to the team
  • Client relationship management

 

 Requirements:

  • Experience in a supporting role is essential
  • You must have worked in a corporate and fast paced environment 
  • A Degree qualification is required for this role.   
  • Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature
  • Corporately presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Experience in handling confidential information
