Accounts Payable Clerk - County Tyrone

Cpl are recrutiing for an Accounts Payable Clerk on behalf of their client who are a leading organisation based in County Tyrone. Reporting to the Financial Controller the Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the processing of invoices and assisting with month end deadlines within a busy Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior accounts assistant to join a leading organisation with long term career prospects within a strong and vibrant finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Month end reconciliations 
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Maintaining existing account details and managing new accounts
  • Matching invoices to suppliers
  • Set up new accounts

Experience:

  • SAGE experience
  • Experience of reconciliations
  • Good IT skills
  • Confident telephone manner
