Talent Acquisition Partner

Cpl HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a leading services company with offices in Dublin City Centre. As a TA Business Partner you will work with Business Managers & the HR team to find talent for immediate needs, as well as understand their workforce planning and longer term requirements.  Ultimately, the main role focus will be on developing strong client relationships across your business units that will enable delivery of internal & external recruitment solutions to meet their strategic objectives, as well as first class candidate experience.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • The design of innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the marketplace in a cost effective manner
  • Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire best talent
  • Work in partnership with hiring managers, providing guidance, support and recommendations on candidates for interview.
  • Ensure efficiency in time to hire is maintained, while maintaining a high level of accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Design resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools
  • Negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas to Hiring Managers, ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology
  • Provide a high level of candidate care and ensure frequent communication is deployed (e.g. debriefing candidates, keeping candidates ‘warm’)
  • Monitor the service delivered by 3rd parties, identifying and resolving issues or escalating as appropriate.
  • Liaise with Comp & Ben, HR Delivery Managers through the process to keep them updated of progress.

 

Role requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience ideally recruiting across Networks, Tech & IT
  • Exceptional customer service experience with demonstrated ability to effectively assess customers’ needs, quickly respond and problem solve
  • Experience in employer branding
  • In-depth experience of using a wide range of direct sourcing methods to attract suitable candidates
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Good knowledge of direct sourcing models
  • Working within a fast paced environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines and
