Graduate Recruiter

Cpl HR is seeking a Grad Recruiter to join a leading services organisation with offices in Dublin West. This is a rare opportunity to join an action-oriented planning and development team firmly committed to progressive, positive growth on a regional level. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, presenting on campus while being creative in their approach.  Ideally we are seeking someone with 2+ years’ experience in the grad recruitment space who displays confidence in their ability to deliver on a consistent basis.


Role responsibilities:

  • Hire a large number of grads, interns and work placements per year
  • Establish target schools to engage with/visit
  • Act as the representative for the business for Graduate hires
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates by attending on/off campus presentations and other relevant graduate events e.g. Careers Fairs, open days etc.
  • Manage the candidate selection process
  • Take ownership of graduate Recruitment process
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Build up a strong graduate recruitment brand for the company
  • Strong use of social media to advertise initiatives
  • Ensure a good follow up support system/programme onsite for graduate hires


Role requirements:

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 2+ years of previous experience in candidate engagement in a recruitment/staffing environment, preferably at graduate recruitment level
  • Confident and proactive in sourcing methodologies and candidate cold calls
  • Quick learner, good communication skills
  • Cooperative and mature enough to work independently
  • Passionate and results-oriented
  • Some travel to additional Irish location required on a weekly basis.
