Recruitment Coordinator

Cpl HR is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on behalf of a global Professional Services Organisation with offices in Dublin City Centre for an initial 6 month contract role. The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building. This is a dynamic, fast paced environment which requires a candidate with exceptional communication and organisation skills. To be considered for this role, you must have previous recruitment administration experience, ideally in a fast paced multinational environment.

Role responsibilities:

  • Select the most appropriate sourcing strategy, dependent on the role
  • Schedule phone screens and onsite interview using Outlook Calendar and Applicant Tracking System
  • Take ownership of, and drive all aspects of recruitment process administration through pro-active communication, diligence and anticipation of candidate, interview and recruiter requirements
  • Frequent status and candidate update meetings with each of the hiring managers
  • Calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings across multiple calendars
  • Recruitment administration, including interview confirmation details, reference checking
  • First point of contact for general telephone and email queries, providing a response in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and develop relationships with the hiring teams
  • Involvement in ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the wider Recruitment & HR team

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant discipline
  • 1 years’ experience in recruitment/ recruitment coordination
  • Strong Outlook and Outlook Calendar skills.
  • Excellent consultative, problem solving, team working and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
  • Positive can-do attitude, with willingness to learn new systems and provide feedback
