Role Description

A reputable Corporate Finance Company in Dublin 2 is seeking to recruit a PA to support its Director. This is an exciting opportunity for any individual that meets the requirements below.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Complex diary management
  • Booking and co-ordinating travel, accommodation and transport.
  • Document production and management – letters, emails, presentations, speeches etc
  • Managing and dealing with any new business queries that arise
  • Forecast, plan and control the budget of the office for each year
  • Strong event management skills for firm events
  • Provide support for individuals working alongside the Director on key projects.
  • Ability to provide support on confidential matters where required
  • Ad hoc administrative projects
  • As a PA to the Director, you will be required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times and build good relations with the other PA’s and employees in the firm


The position will require a candidate with a solid administrative and support background. Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills are essential. In addition, the below skill set and attributes are required:  

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A high degree of reliability, flexibility and confidentiality
  • Ability and experience to liaise with senior management & staff at all levels
  • Event management experience
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Hours – Mon-Fri, 9.00-17.30

Salary – €35,000 doe plus benefits
