Role Description

HR Business Partner (6 month contract)

Cpl HR is currently seeking a HR Partner to join a leading multinational technology company with offices in South Dublin for a 6 month contract.  The HR department are seeking a strong, experienced HRBP partner to provide support during a busy period. Working within the HR Team, this key position will be very much hands on, assisting with the day to day running and operations of the department. The HR Business Partner will also implement HR initiatives and programs across the site.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures and identify potential issues raised by employees and people managers.
  • Use knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to line managers.
  • Collaborate with people managers to ensure top talent is hired at every opportunity; work with people managers to identify competencies and interview competency questions
  • Management and execution of new hire and contingent worker on-boarding process including delivery of new hire orientation.
  • Provide guidance to people managers on the process for Non-Employee engagements
  • Drive all aspects of the Performance Management and Development cycle with assigned client group.
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity for HR data which includes internal moves, transfers and headcount.
  • Active involvement in a HR projects as deployed locally and globally.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment law
  • Coordinate benefit, wellness and community related events for the organization
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics.
  • Conduct training in support of HR initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or relative discipline
  • 2-4 years’ experience, preferably in the technology field or related area
  • Self-starter able to maintain motivation and determination to see work through over prolonged periods
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively across organizations
